Description
The Health
Watch Advantage is a customizable series of packaged
preventative health screenings that targets workers’ most
prevalent and modifiable risk factors. Delivered on an annual or
biannual basis, participants receive onsite test results with
educational information & follow up counseling. Provided to
employers on a cost-shared per employee per month basis (PEPM),
program expense is spread over the course of a year creating a
cost effective, measurable, and sustainable Wellness Benefit.
Goal
To reduce the cost &
utilization of healthcare to employers by providing employees the
first hand awareness & intervention steps needed to proactively
manage their own personal health risk factors. When delivered
effectively, the benefit saves time, money, and improves the
overall quality of life for all participants.

-
Saves time,
money, and lives by reducing the “healthcare trend”
Summary
The Health Watch Advantage
program delivers high quality biometric screening
services & outcome reporting on a timely and efficient basis. By
applying the PEPM principle, its cost shares a worthwhile
benefit with employees over the course of a twelve month period
by means of slight payroll deductions linked to their usual
health insurance contribution. This allows employers/employees a
convenient and cost effective means to buy into an effective
Wellness Program that might not otherwise be available to them.
A turnkey process with experienced professionals would provide a
competitive advantage and fill a need in generally underserved
markets.
In partnering with an established provider,
broker, third party administrator (TPA), or healthcare
professional
with local ties to the communities they routinely serve, the
program would only strengthen the client relationship and could
prove to be a valuable and noticeable distinction during Open
Enrollment periods.
